Practical Technology for Trusted Public Services
Brixhaul helps government and public sector organisations modernise services, improve operations and apply cloud, data and AI with security, governance and accountability.

Public sector technology in the UAE is held to a standard most commercial organisations never face. A service has to be simpler for the citizen and faster for the department, without loosening a single control over who accessed what, where the data physically sits, or how a decision was reached. Those goals pull against each other more often than roadmaps admit.
Most of the entities we speak to are not starting from nothing. They have already digitised the obvious front-door services. What remains is harder: the processes that span several departments, the systems that were never designed to talk to one another, and the enormous volumes of documents and records that still gate how quickly anything can actually move.
That is the work we are usually brought in for: the integration, the document operations, the AI applied to a specific bottleneck with the oversight the sector requires, and the security architecture underneath all of it.
Current Priorities
Connected Digital Services
Modernise applications, integrate systems and simplify access to information and services.
Responsible AI and Automation
Use AI for service support, document processing, knowledge access and operational workflows with appropriate controls.
Cyber Resilience and Data Protection
Strengthen governance, access, monitoring, recovery and compliance across critical environments.
Document and Records Operations
Digitise, classify, validate and route high volumes of documents through controlled workflows.
Secure Cloud and Infrastructure
Plan and operate environments based on workload, security and data residency requirements.
What We Usually Find
Patterns that come up often enough in this sector to be worth saying out loud before a project starts.
- The bottleneck is rarely the front end
- Departments often invest in the citizen-facing layer while the delay sits three steps back, in a manual approval or a document that has to be re-keyed. We look at the whole path before recommending anything, because a faster form in front of an unchanged process just moves the queue.
- Data residency is a design constraint, not a checkbox
- Where data can be stored and processed shapes the architecture from the first decision onward. Treating it as a late-stage compliance review is how programmes end up rebuilding after the fact.
- AI needs a named human owner to be adoptable
- In public service contexts, an AI output that nobody is accountable for is an AI output nobody will act on. We design the decision point and the escalation route before the model.
- Records volume is usually underestimated
- Almost every assessment turns up more document types, more exceptions and more edge cases than the initial scope allowed for. We would rather find that during discovery than during delivery.
